the pool area was a complete disaster, no visible lifeguards anywhere! not to mention, the food was horrendously repetitive, making every meal feel like déjà vu. i mean, i expected a complimentary upgrade for the hassle but got absolutely nothing. so disappointing. i almost, almost considered leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

The gym equipment is outdated and poorly maintained!!! The fridges in the rooms fail to keep beverages cold, which is frustrating!!! Cleanliness in shared facilities could use more attention for a better experience!!!

Amazing entertainment and delicious food variety

We had a fantastic time here, especially enjoying the great entertainment in the outdoor theatre, which really made our evenings special. The food at the buffet was diverse, with freshly baked croissants and an abundance of delicious options available. The staff, particularly those working in the dining areas, were always helpful, making us feel welcome. I wish the snack bar remained open later than 5 PM to accommodate more guests throughout the day.

The pool is fantastic, with a big beach area and vibrant entertainment options. A lovely environment with palm trees.

Had a blast with friends! The animation team kept us entertained all day, with fun games and evening shows. The outdoor leisure options like beach volleyball were great, and the long beach with soft sand was perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly, ensuring we were taken care of and always had delicious food to enjoy.

The wifi connection was a bit spotty in some rooms, which was a little inconvenient.

We vacationed as a group of friends and had a fantastic time exploring the local attractions. The exceptional service stood out, especially from Ismail in the restaurant, who was always eager to help us. There were plenty of activities for both adults and kids, and the availability of ice cubes upon request was a nice touch. The sunsets from our sea view room were truly unforgettable.
